The name you remember
Synovia is back.
You may remember us as Synovia, the name we carried back in 2019. We are bringing it back, and this time we are modernizing the entire platform behind it. New hardware is already shipping, and every part of your software is getting an upgrade.

Welcome to the first issue of The Dispatch, a short note from us on what's new and what's coming next. We will send it every two weeks through the end of the year, then move to a monthly rhythm in 2027. No fluff, just the things that matter to your operation.
This month is the big picture: the return of the Synovia name, new hardware that is already in the field, and a software lineup that is all getting modernized. After this, every two weeks we will go deep on one topic and keep you up to date.

Some of this is probably on your buses already, and there is now new gear for tracking everything that is not a bus, too.

A Wi-Fi hotspot that connects the in-vehicle systems that need internet access.

Principals can follow their buses in real time, and mechanics can troubleshoot hardware and start an RMA on the spot.
